POLICIES

We have a zero-tolerance policy for hatred of any kind, including but not limited to racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, xenophobia, or ableism. If we identify any of this behaviour during your appointment, we will ask you to stop and/or ask you to leave the premises immediately. A refund will not be issued in these circumstances.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Sage + Pine Collective, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled service(s) in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: Forfeit of your $25 Deposit.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged.

  • No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged.

For same-day appointments (booked within 24 hours), we ask that you provide at least 3 hours’ notice for any cancellation or change to avoid a fee.

We understand that unexpected events can arise. Please call or email us as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment. While emergencies are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, in most instances, cancellations and no-shows leave gaps in our Artists’ schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent us from accommodating other guests waiting for appointments.

Late Arrivals
We value your time and the time of our Artists. If you arrive late to your appointment, we may need to adjust your service to fit the remaining time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and the applicable cancellation fee may still apply.

As a courtesy, we send a confirmation email or text 48 hours before your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please remember that it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid missed appointments, late arrivals, and cancellation fees.

SERVICE DEPOSITS

To reserve an appointment, we require a credit card on file. We do not charge the card at the time of booking unless the appointment is cancelled or modified within our cancellation windows, or for no-shows. Your card information is stored securely through our booking system and we do not see or have any access to any details regarding your card.

RE-DO POLICY

Sage + Pine Collective aims to provide the highest quality of service. We require our guests to contact us within 7 days of the performed service if they are not satisfied with the end result, due to a technical error made by the Artist. An appointment is then made to come in and consult with the Lead Artist and Collective Member. At that time, an assessment will be done to determine if a redo is necessary.

At Sage + Pine Collective, we hold high standards for our Artists. We thrive on excellent customer service and professionalism. We promise to give you the best service, to the best of our abilities. We reserve the right to refuse any service(s) should we feel the service is not possible or may compromise the integrity of the hair. By booking an appointment with Sage + Pine Collective, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by our booking, cancellation, late arrival, and no-show policies.
