POLICIES

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for hatred, discrimination, harassment, or abusive behaviour of any kind, including but not limited to racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, xenophobia, or ableism. If this behaviour occurs during your appointment, you will be asked to stop and/or leave the premises immediately. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Sage + Pine Collective, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled service(s) in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: Your $25 booking deposit will be forfeited.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged.

  • No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged.

For same-day appointments, we ask that you provide at least 3 hours’ notice for any cancellation or change to avoid a fee.

We understand that unexpected situations can happen. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. As late cancellations and no-shows leave gaps in our Artists’ schedules that often cannot be filled without sufficient notice, our cancellation policy is enforced consistently out of respect for our team’s time and other guests awaiting appointments.

Late Arrivals
We value your time and the time of our Artists. If you arrive late, we may need to modify your service to fit within the remaining appointment time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to an additional time fee or asked to reschedule. In these cases, the applicable cancellation fee may still apply.

As a courtesy, appointment confirmations are sent via email or text 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. However, it remains the guest’s responsibility to remember their appointment date and time to avoid missed appointments, late arrivals, or cancellation fees.

SERVICE DEPOSITS

To secure your appointment, we require a valid credit card on file along with a $25 booking deposit for all guests. This deposit will be applied toward your scheduled service total. All payment information is securely encrypted through our booking platform.

RE-DO POLICY

At Sage + Pine Collective, we stand behind the quality of our work and hold our Artists to high standards. If you believe a technical error has occurred during your service, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of your appointment. A consultation with the Lead Artist and Collective Member will then be scheduled to assess the concern and determine whether an adjustment appointment is appropriate.

We reserve the right to refuse any service should we determine that the requested result is not achievable or may compromise the integrity of the hair.

By booking an appointment with Sage + Pine Collective, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by our booking, cancellation, late arrival, no-show, and salon policies.

All services are final sale. 

PERSONAL BELONGINGS + CLOTHING

While we take great care during every service, Sage + Pine Collective is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal belongings. Hair colour, lightener, and other professional products may cause staining. Because guests may move or shift during services, we cannot guarantee that clothing will remain unaffected.

We recommend wearing clothing that you are comfortable having exposed to professional hair products.
